- Detect attacks, abuse, fraud and prohibited use.

III. Storage and Protection
Only data reasonably necessary for operations, billing, security and troubleshooting is retained. API usage logs are generally retained for one month. Reasonable safeguards include TLS, access control, security monitoring, minimization and redaction. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
IV. Sharing and Cross-Border Processing
JuheNext does not sell user data. Limited data may be processed by necessary hosting, cloud, payment, security, analytics and upstream model providers, or disclosed where law requires it. Data may be processed across borders when necessary to deliver the service.
V. Your Choices and Rights

- Request deletion or account closure, subject to billing, security and legal retention requirements.

VI. API Key Lookup
On juhenext.com, a submitted API key is used transiently to query the configured New API service. It is not intentionally stored in the website database, URL or analytics. Operational systems may still process network and security metadata necessary to prevent abuse.
VII. Minors and Regional Restrictions
The service is intended for users with full legal capacity. The API services are not supported for or offered to users in Mainland China. Users are responsible for compliance in their location.
